  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility

• The Referrer must be an existing customer of LionEagle Cleaning inc in good standing.

• The Referred Party must be a new customer who has not previously booked or received services from LionEagle Cleaning in.

• Referrals of individuals residing in the same household as the Referrer are not eligible. Self-referrals are not permitted.

2. Qualifying Referrals

• A referral is considered successful and will be credited to the Referrer’s account only after the new, referred customer has booked, completed, and fully paid for their first service with us.

• To ensure proper credit, the new customer must provide the full name of the person who referred them at the time of their initial booking. We are not responsible for tracking referrals that are not identified at this stage.

3. Reward Structure Our reward tiers are based on the cumulative number of successful referrals:

• 1 Successful Referral: The Referrer will receive a credit for $25 off their next scheduled service.

• 3 Successful Referrals: The Referrer will receive a 30% discount on their next scheduled service.

• 5 Successful Referrals: The Referrer will receive a 50% discount on their next scheduled service.

Important Clarifications:

• Rewards are not cumulative or stackable for a single service. Upon reaching a new tier, you become eligible for the discount associated with that tier on your next single job. For example, a customer with 5 referrals is eligible for one 50% discount, not a combination of the $25, 30%, and 50% rewards.

• The referral count will reset to zero after a reward from the 5-referral tier (50% off) has been successfully redeemed.

4. Redeeming Rewards

• All discounts must be applied to a future service and cannot be applied retroactively to past invoices.

• The Referrer must mention they wish to use their referral credit at the time of booking their next service.

• Discounts are applied to the pre-tax total of a single job invoice.

• Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash.

5. General Conditions

• LionEagle Cleaning in reserves the right to verify all referrals and may decline to award a credit if we suspect any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, creating false accounts or misrepresenting identities.

• This referral program is subject to modification, suspension, or termination at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.

• All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program will be resolved by LionEagle Cleaning in in its sole discretion.
